Uncook, a product of ARLEN Systems

1. What Uncook is

Uncook is a free tool operated by ARLEN Systems (a company registered in France, Paris). You paste a public share link to an AI conversation that you generated; Uncook fetches it once, generates a "handoff" using a third-party language model, and displays it for you to copy. There is no account and no sign-up.

By using Uncook, you agree to these Terms.

2. How you may use it

You may use Uncook to generate handoffs from share links that you have the right to use — typically links to your own conversations that you have chosen to make shareable.

You agree not to:

• paste links or content you have no right to submit;
• use Uncook to process content that is unlawful, or that infringes the rights of others;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or misuse the service or its infrastructure.

You are responsible for the links you paste and for having made the underlying conversation shareable in the first place. Uncook processes only what you choose to bring it.

3. The handoff is yours

The handoff that Uncook generates for you is yours to use. ARLEN Systems claims no ownership over the handoffs you generate and does not keep them.

The Uncook service itself — its name, interface, and underlying software — remains the property of ARLEN Systems.

4. Provided "as is", no warranty

Uncook is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. The handoff is generated automatically by a third-party language model and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. You should review it before relying on it.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any given time. As a free tool, it may change or stop at any time.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARLEN Systems shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Uncook, nor for decisions you make based on a generated handoff. Because Uncook is a free service that stores nothing, its role is limited to producing, on request, a handoff built from content you supply.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Third-party services

Uncook relies on third-party providers to function — notably Anthropic (the language model that generates the handoff) and Vercel (hosting and anonymous analytics). Your use of Uncook also involves those providers' processing as described in our Privacy Policy. Uncook is not responsible for the independent practices of these providers beyond what is described there.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published here, with its date. Continuing to use Uncook after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to Uncook will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to you.
